Business Breakfast with Andy Burnham
This morning we welcomed Mayor Andy Burnham to our newly refurbished Olive Branch Café, where he spoke passionately and honestly to some of our partners and supporters about his leadership role in Greater Manchester.

The Cost of Health
One of the World Health Organization’s themes for their 2022 campaign, is whether it is possible for economies to focus on health and well-being. Our Community and Events Coordinator Laura has written about why the health of the poorest in Greater Manchester will suffer most from falling living standards, and how Mustard Tree drop-in sessions can help people build their self-efficacy:

Earlier this week we went along to the Coop’s Rise Network Ramadan event, where Laura said a few words around our continued food response in the city.
Coop Rise Network is a group of volunteers dedicated to advising, supporting and amplifying the voices of ethnic minority across the Coop group.
